Rule 11
No transfer of vehicle name
Regardless of what is written in rules 9 and 10, if a vehicle registered in the name of a person is damaged due to an accident or any other reason and both the engine and chassis of such vehicle are broken and inoperable, such vehicle will not be transferred in the name of another person.
